Phil Wright joined CanDeal before we executed our first trade, in 2002. Mr. Wright has been a strong advocate of technology to heighten industry practices and improve investment performance. Prior to beginning his work in electronic markets in 1998, Mr. Wright held senior trading, product management and client responsibilities with investment banks in Toronto and New York. Mr. Wright is past-Chair of the Toronto CFA Society Fixed Income Committee.

John Bartello joined CanDeal in 2009 and is responsible for managing and building client relationships. Prior to CanDeal, Mr. Bartello has spent time working as a financial analyst and account manager for various companies with in the financial service industry.
